Job Description

Team:
Join our dynamic and dedicated EU MI&A team, focusing on the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) zone/region, where we partner with EU/Zone Leadership to make data-informed decisions and drive business growth through our Integrated Management Information System and Analysis.

Job Summary:
As a Business Partner in the EU MI&A team specifically for the CEE region, you will leverage data analytics, strategic insights, and effective communication to support and drive business objectives. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the integration and implementation of insights that enhance our region’s competitive intelligence and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Visualization:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
  • Use Qlik/Power BI and other tools for data representation.
  • Communication & Storytelling:
  • Communicate complex data insights through clear and impactful storytelling.
  • Present findings and recommendations to CEE leaders and marketing teams.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Data Centers, Global MI&A, Finance, Sales Excellence, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in strategic business reviews and deep dives.
  • Market Insights & Business Acumen:
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer behavior within the CEE region.
  • Support portfolio management, sales analytics, and customer needs assessment.
  • Standardization & Automation:
  • Contribute to the standardization of sourcing, reporting, and automation efforts.
  • Support the implementation of the Install Base Replacement and other key projects within the CEE region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Qlik/Power BI, database management, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and its applications.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of MedTech industry trends and competitive landscape, particularly in the CEE region, is a plus.
