IT & Data Business Solutions Analyst

As the Business Solutions Analyst, you will join IT & Data Team. You will contribute and provide a range of IT services within the multiple business functions like sales, finance or operations.

In your everyday work, you'll be responsible for

• identifying, designing and implementing business solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• driving data-driven decision-making, and support growth across key FMCG functions such as sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance
• acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate commercial needs into system requirements and technical specifications
• analyzing current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
• supporting end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support
• leading the adoption of new tools and systems by developing user training, documentation, and change management strategies
• monitoring and reporting on the performance and ROI of implemented solutions, providing ongoing recommendations for optimization

About you

• have a keen interest in IT solutions
• 2–3 years of experience in a business analysis or business solutions role, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors
• excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• agile mindset and familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and articulate system functionalities in business-friendly terms
• have an advanced knowledge of MS Office
• speak Polish and English fluently
• have knowledge and experience with IT architecture and databases (SQL, Azure, Power BI)
• are familiar with SQL Stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, Master Data Services), Power BI, Azure, Data Base, Data Warehouse, Big Data
