About the Job
In this position, your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 

• Leads the Global Master Data team members
• Act as escalation point for incidents and requests, ensures defined service level is reached
• Meet performance targets
• Keep the team motivated and focused on the plan
• Supervising support team members, ensuring continuous knowledge building in team 

About you
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background: 

• Experience in managing Global Master Data Team
• Proven track record of delivery within a similar role
• Ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users
• Ability to manage high volume transactional ticket-flow type processes
• Focus on client and client experience
• Ability to direct and supervise
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyse complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner
• Fluency in English in speaking and writing
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation
• Solution orientated work approach
