As our new forecast position within the S&OP process you are responsible for providing sufficient data material for statistical forecast as a baseline for further sales and product group plans.

The key task is to extract and monitor material demand data out of sales history and do corrections, if system is not able to – outliner corrections for statistical mishaps, empty data, lifecycle inputs, etc.

In this role you connect SAP system data with responsible persons in S&OP process and meetings and deliver a reliable database for our monthly planning cycle.

Your responsibilities

• Creating statistical Forecast in SAP IBP out of sales history
• Data cleansing – correction of statistical failures and outliers, due to peaks, status/lifecycle, missing data, etc
• Processing statistical Forecast as baseline for unconstraint sales plan in best quality possible
• Providing remastered data and publishing.
• Participating in the S&OP preparation meetings monthly for Spoke 2 (Sales & PG)
• Monitoring and documentation of data movements, assumptions, data cleansing actions
• Comparison forecast: forecast and valuing results and additional KPIs if needed
• Support for S&OP process, improve process tasks

Your background

• Completed commercial or technical training - Several years of professional experience in production planning
• Ideally initial management experience
• SAP experience and very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills Solution-oriented, structured and communicative personality Initiative and hands-on mentality

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of € 3921,29 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
