Job Description
What you will do
- Data collection via internal CRM (Avsight) and external sources (aviation platforms) for the purpose of building reports and dashboards.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to better understand business objectives/KPIs. Converting business requirements and high-level data collection needs into well-specified analyses, reporting and visualizations.
- Develop and provide interactive dashboards and KPIs using Microsoft Power BI.
- Design and maintain data models
- Write clear instructions for produced reports, incl. report running principle, data included, frequency of updates.
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
- Provide end-user support with BI tools, train end-users on basic functionality.
What you bring
- Bachelor degree in mathematics, finance, data science or equivalent by experience.
- 3 years of experience in fields such as: finance/operations analyst with focus on automation; process improvement; requirement engineering.
- Proficient use of Excel, Power Query, Power BI is required.
- Proficient use of Salesforce and object flows is a plus.
- Understanding and use of SQL is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently interact with stakeholders on all levels across the organization, incl. management level.
- Strong communication skills e.g. ability to summarize requirements and communicate key messages and implications.
- Start-up attitude, ready to engage in efforts outside own profile.
- Fluency in English.
