The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its newly created Centre of Excellence, a (Senior) Product Owner - Document Service Platform – based in Poland*. This position will be part of Group Corporate Services Directorate – Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO) – Data & Information Solutions Department (DIS) – Content Management Solutions Division (CMS) – Collaboration Solutions Unit (CS) located in the EIB External Office in Warsaw, Poland.
This is a full-time temporary position at grade 5/6 in Warsaw, Poland. The term of the contract will be 4 years.

We're searching for a motivated Product Owner to lead the charge in document automation and management. This role is not just about overseeing a platform; it's about pioneering solutions that integrate seamlessly into our broader information management roadmap. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of document services and automation in the EU Climate Bank!
Operating Network
You will report directly to the Head of Collaboration Solutions Unit. You will work in close collaboration with various IT teams and internal stakeholders. As you will be based in Warsaw some business travel to the EIB Headquarters in Luxembourg is foreseen.

(*) Unless stated explicitly as a required qualification, a good command of French is not a pre-requisite for hire. As both English and French are however official working languages of the EIB, proficiency in both languages is a pre-requisite for your future career development. Any language clause in your contract must be fulfilled in order for you to be eligible for a promotion (either via the annual appraisal cycle or via an internal selection process). Proficiency is understood to mean the attainment of level 5 of the Inter Institutional language courses, corresponding to B1.2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). The Bank offers appropriate training support.

Advising: Lack of finance is often only one barrier to investment. We can help with administrative and project management capacity which facilitates investment implementation.
