Position Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst who is passionate about driving data-based decision-making in marketing and sales. In this pivotal role, you will:

Automate Performance Reporting

  • Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and lead generation.

Deliver Personalized Marketing Insights

  • Analyse customer behaviour data to identify patterns and preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance personalized marketing strategies, tailoring content and messaging to specific B2B audiences.

Provide Impactful Insights And Recommendations

  • Dive deep into data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities,
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing teams and stakeholders.

Steer Marketing Efforts and Optimize Campaigns: use data-driven insights to steer marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and allocate resources effectively.

Leverage AI in Marketing Execution: explore AI and machine learning techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in sciences, mathematics, computer sciences, economics, business, marketing or any related fields. Master’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Min3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Very good SQL/Python skills
  • Very good MS Excel and Power Point skills
  • Experience in visualizing results using interactive dashboards (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM (e. g. Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e. g. Eloqua)

Personal Requirements

  • Proactive and independent personality
  • Very good communication skills, good sense of humor and a strong team player
  • Analytical, enjoy technology & AI and eager to implement best practices in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments with very diverse, international teams
