In this role, you will get a unique opportunity to work with our awesome data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders from various business departments. If you enjoy collaborating with people and are passionate about unlocking the full potential of data through a platform and product-driven approach, we’d be delighted to hear from you!

Your new adventure:

  • Collaborate with analytics, revenue, and engineering teams to gather ideas and identify business cases, shaping a value-driven data product portfolio and roadmap.
  • Oversee and facilitate the prioritization of data initiatives, aligning them with strategic goals and stakeholder needs, and managing comprehensive stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop, align, and communicate the data roadmap and deliverables, managing changes and expectations efficiently.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and gather resources and cost estimates for data initiatives, but also respond to the immediate questions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and the team builds well-received solutions and adds clear value to the business.
  • Manage the data product backlog, driving the full lifecycle of data solutions from ideation, development to retirement.
  • Lead and contribute to various data governance initiatives, such as data architecture, stewardship, and quality ownership.
  • Promote data literacy and best practices across the organization, facilitating the training and onboarding of internal customers to use our data platform and tools effectively.

Does this sound like you?

  • Proficient knowledge of data and analytics concepts, including a solid understanding of the principles underpinning data platforms, tools, and solutions.
  • Experience in developing or managing internal data and analytics solutions, with a minimum of 2 years as a product manager, or extensive experience as a lead data engineer or a technical business stakeholder significantly involved in the development of such solutions.
  • Proficient data handling and analytical skills to efficiently drive product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills, facilitating effective interactions and consensus among diverse teams, ensuring clear direction and teamwork across all lifecycle phases.
  • Experienced in agile solution and software development practices, enhancing team efficiency and product adaptability through flexible planning and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced communication skills, with the capability to clearly and accurately explain complex technical and business concepts in English.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Why Pipedrive?

  • A value-driven work environment where people come first
  • A lively bunch of colleagues from over 50 different countries, with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Lisbon, Prague, London, Dublin, New York, Florida, Riga and Berlin
  • A team serious about getting things done while not taking ourselves too seriously
  • A world-class working environment full of perks like parties, craft workshops, snacks and, of course, office dogs
  • Flexible working hours as long as you’re there for your team members
  • Freedom to execute your ideas with a passionate and motivated team supporting you
  • Lots of room for personal and career development, with internal and external training opportunities
  • Competitive salary and bonus system and all the benefits you’d expect from a great employer (health and accident insurance, health days, a quarterly contribution to sports, in-house coaches, employee discounts and more)
