In the role of Data Analyst & Business Integration, you’ll play a crucial role in our Financial Analysis team.
We’re seeking two individuals to serve as the Single Point of Contact between key business users and our analytical team.
Our team is divided into two groups: front-end, which handles communication with the business and translates their issues into analytical questions, and back-end, responsible for conducting analyses and visualizing data based on business requests.
Each person in Data Analyst & Business Integration role is assigned to a specific business area they are helping with their analytical expertise.
We work using the Agile methodology - Kanban (front) and Scrum (back).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical or business-related positions
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Basic understanding of database tools: SQL, Snowflake
- Familiarity with PowerBI
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level, along with fluent Polish
- Nice to have: Experience and/or certification in Agile/Kanban methodology. If you haven’t worked in such an environment before, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the process!
- In this position you will earn no less than PLN 9,700 gross per month

- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between key business users and the backend analytical team
- Conduct quality data analysis and create new dashboards using PowerBI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business context, needs, objectives, and KPIs - Propose tailored analytics solutions that address their specific pain points
- Translate business problems into well-defined analytics questions
- Provide analytical solutions that empower key users to make informed decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic market priorities and KPIs
- Work closely with backend analysts to ensure their analyses and data align with key users’ requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end cycle, from solution proposal to outcome validation
- Work according to Kanban (Agile) methodology, maintaining demand, prioritization, and feedback in Jira (80% task registration)
