What You'll Do

  • Proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI model development processes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and clinicians, to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven products.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documents, to capture stakeholder needs and guide product development efforts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in product development, including engineering, data science, design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks, and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.
  • Work with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to facilitate product validation, verification, and certification processes.
  • Optimize AI algorithms and software implementations for performance, memory efficiency, and computational scalability, considering constraints of hardware platforms and deployment environments.
  • Provide input on performance considerations and scalability requirements for AI-driven features, actively assisting in managing day-to-day technical aspects.
  • Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design scalable and extensible software architecture for deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Assist in evaluating technical trade-offs and making informed decisions regarding software architecture and integration strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI research, medical imaging technologies, and regulatory requirements, and incorporate relevant innovations into product development roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Product Management, or a related field. Master's or PhD degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role in the healthcare or medical imaging industry, particularly with AI.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in medical imaging is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical software and AI-driven healthcare products.
  • Passion for innovation, healthcare transformation, and improving patient outcomes through technology.
