  • You have managerial competences and experience, including people, project, and financial aspects.
  • You enjoy working in a team, with colleagues within and outside your team.
  • You can translate strategic plans into operational actions.
  • You are a strong communicator and able to sell your team’s work.
  • You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing situations.

What can we offer you?

  • You will have the opportunity to lead a team engaged in pioneering work within the research area, being part of an organization internationally renowned for its cutting-edge technological research and scientific advice.
  • We offer a competitive salary complemented by various fringe benefits, including allowances, insurances, and a flexible holiday package.
  • Innovation is our main asset, so we provide our employees with opportunities to learn and develop both on the job and through training.
